Interior Design

AbrahamsCrielaers BV provides consultancy advice to both commercial and private clients on the interior design of offices, hotels, care and residential properties – whether they are new builds or properties under renovation.

Depending on the client’s wishes we offer advice on an existing interior design scheme or create an altogether new concept for a designated location. Our design concepts are innovative, achievable and tailored to the client’s individual needs and taste. All concepts are illustrated by visuals, maps, ‘artist impressions’ and/or CAD drawings in order to present the client with a realistic image of the intended renovation. Clients opting for our consultancy service will be given a final concept plan to work with. For those wishing to benefit more extensively from our expertise in interior design projects, AbrahamsCrielaers offers to undertake the management of the project.

Coordination of planning permission process

We can visualize your ideas with regards to a new build, extension or addition by use of façade drawings. In addition we coordinate the planning permission process with the local authorities.

Subcontracting

In order to obtain a fair balance in price vs. quality and clarify the contractor’s tender, we offer to make a list of specifications so that tenders can be weighed against one another and a comparison of apples to oranges prevented. Upon request we can either select one or two contractors for the client, or contact the contractor the client wishes to involve in the project.

Project Management

We work hand-in-hand with the client, communicating his or her wishes and requirements to all parties involved in the realization of the project. In this way, the client needs to deal with one focal point only.
